I wrote this story for the wonderful, wonderful, wonderful role players at The London Life. They are fantastic writers and great internet friends. I'm so glad I've "met" them. :)
It's pure Regency fluff. So saccarine you should brush your teeth afterwards.

Newsflash: That random 15 year old girl who won our competition to write the next episode of The Mancunians was ditched because her plot was too implausible. Dick was wearing leather trousers, there was a new American character called Artemis whom everyone fell in love with despite the fact that everyone was now gay. This simply wasn't on (though Oscar liked the gay bit, and declared his love for Harry). After all, The Mancunians prides itself on its realism. As it is, here's the next episode!

Romance. It's like a car crash. I mean, everyone wants to get closer hypocritically thinking they're not remotely perverted, and then when they do, they discover it's nothing but blood and tears. Anyway! That's totally irrelevant to The Mancunians! To be honest, the more we progress through this show, once hailed as a "gritty and realistic account of Manchester life", the more I realise that pretty much nothing is relevant to it. So, without much ado, onto the next episode!
